What we do in the course is to understand the sources of stress and develop business and personal ways to manage and contain the stress to minimize its impact on productivity and efficiency.

The ability to convey a message in a clear and understandable fashion, which can resonate well with many different audiences, must be learned and honed.  And therefore, the ability to tell a story or to pitch can turn an ordinary message into an extraordinary performance. What we do in this workshop is to learn and appreciate the difference between average and amazing stories, while deeply understanding the impact a well told [pitch can have on your message.

Winning is a never-ending pursuit towards achieving goals set by yourself to yourself.  However, as we live within a society, we need to address issues such as realistic goal setting, clarity of scope around these objectives, acceptable behavior patterns which are supported or rejected by the people around us and what does it truly mean to win, and at what cost.

Reinventing yourself

Purpose and Scope

We discuss what makes us who we were and who we want to become.  We look at life’s objectives, achievements, development areas as in sports, culinary arts, travel, interests.  We also try to create a personal map of adjustment or adaptation to the persona you want to become. Part of what I also do is to become a well-rounded individual. We look at new art forms (NTF), metaverse, crypto currency, recent productivity tools, and other new phenomena that have become our day-to-day tools.
